Roof Coatings for protection external elements

Roofs are exposed to many external factors including sun damage, extreme weather conditions and strain. Polyurea and polyurethane waterproof coatings are some of the most resistant solutions to corrosion and weather erosion for roofs available. A range of our UV resistant top coatings are also able to minimize thermal impacts from the sun. They provide a seamless and durable coating to increase the operational life of your roof. 

Westeco Supply provides a wide range of roof coating systems including primers, protective and topcoat products. Our coating systems are composed of polyurea, epoxy and polyurethane.

Polyurea Coatings

Isomat X-Treme Roof Protection System

Primers

Isomat Primer-PU 100

  • One component

  • Penetrates into the pores of the substrate to act as a bonding layer between the substrate and PU 500.

Isomat Primer-PU 140

  • Two components, solvent free.  

  • Can be used in areas with some moisture

Isomat EpoxyPrimer 500

  • Two-component water-based epoxy primer.  

  • Used in areas with higher levels of moisture. 

Isomat EpoxyCoat-AC

  • Two-component 

  • Anti-corrosive primer for metal.

Protective Coatings

Isomat PUA 1360

  • 100% Pure Polyurea waterproof membrane

  • Two-component

  • Ultra elastic, well-suited for vibrating substrates.

  • Fast-curing. Ideal where fast work and immediate return-to-service are required.

  • Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.

Isomat Topcoat-PU 720

  • One component

  • Coloured

  • UV stable polyurethane top coat

  • Minimizes thermal impact by reflecting sunlight and repelling heat

Isomat Topcoat-PU 740

  • One component

  • Transparent (dye packs can be added for specific colour applications)

  • UV stable polyurethane top coat.  

Isomat Topcoat-PAS 760

  • Two-component

  • Pigmented

  • Elastic, aliphatic, polyaspartic topcoat (cold polyurea). 

  • Solvent-free and low-VOC. 

  • High mechanical and chemical strength

  • UV stability and fast-curing times. 

Isomat Topcoat-PAS 780

  • Two-component

  • Transparent

  • Solvent-free, low-VOC

  • Aliphatic, polyaspartic topcoat (cold polyurea). 

  • Used as a final protective coating.  

  • Fast-curing times 

  • High mechanical and chemical strength while presenting excellent UV stability
