It is easy to assume that concrete is durable enough to stand up to moisture, movement and stress on its own. Concrete is the core of many structures meaning it is imperative that it is protected and reinforced. Concrete balconies, parking decks and floors all require protection to stand up against everyday activities and environmental factors. Westeco Supply has a full range of concrete coating products to help protect and strengthen concrete.​​​​​​​

 

Protocol

Protocol Concrete Protection Products are a line of environmentally friendly chemically advanced treatment products developed to permanently improve, strengthen, repair and waterproof concrete and other cement-based products.

These products are based on patent-pending InnerCrete™ Membrane Technology, the revolutionary new solution to permanent concrete waterproofing and protection. This inorganic barrier membrane maintains breathability yet is impermeable to all liquids and moisture. The surface profile is maintained for future paint or coating adhesion, if desired.

 

Lab Surfaces

Lab Surfaces offered by Westeco Supply provides premium epoxy and polyaspartic coatings for concrete floors which are easy to install.

Lab Surfaces coatings are UV and chemical resistance and provide superior mechanical properties. They are suitable for green projects like LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), with virtually no VOCs.

Foundation Coatings

Coating a foundation is imperative to the safety of your building. Westeco Supply’s foundation coatings seal and reinforce the concrete. Without an effective coating, the foundation could experience water damage and it could also break down years before it otherwise would.

Balcony Coatings

Balconies are exposed to external elements such as water and the sun, making the concrete susceptible to premature damage such as discolouration and cracking. This can all be prevented with the proper protection.

LABPOX 30 & LABPOX 40 UV Clear
  • Offer a working time of approximately 60 minutes
  • Low viscosity and are resistant to amine blush
  • Fast setting versions available with a tack free time of 4 hours
  • One of the highest UV resistance in the industry. 
  • LABPOX 30 is available in an unlimited choice of colours and LABPOX 40 UV is available in clear.

Parking decks receive a lot of wear and tear from vehicles and outside elements. Westeco Supply has a range of protective coating systems to help protect and preserve your parking decks.

Isomat Thor Floor Protection System

Prime

Isomat Primer-PU 100
  • One component polyurethane primer
  • Penetrates into the pores of the substrate to act as a bonding layer between the substrate and PU 500.
Isomat Primer-PU 140
  • Two-component
  • Solvent free polyurethane primer.  
  • Used in areas with some moisture.
Isomat EpoxyPrimer 500
  • Two-component water-based epoxy primer
  • Used in areas with higher levels of moisture.

  • Ultra fast-curing, hot spray-applied
